Customer Service at its Best!. Gotta shout out Paul and Emily for their stellar customer service from start to finish.They made us feel like Welcomed Guests vs Out of Town reservation holders. It was the simple gestures of kindness and unexpected sidebar humor that made our stay a touch above the norm. We all expect our hotel rooms to be clean, comfy, and safe. But it’s the human element that raises the satisfaction level to Wonderful.Genuine hospitality and a smile goes a long way. Thanks Paul and Emily for making our stay Wonderful! This was my first time staying at this hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms with all the amenities. Parking on premises, a spacious area to have breakfast with plenty of options. Best feature, right across from one of the best breweries in Rhode Island, Proclamation Ale Co. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area.

My sister and I travel a lot and staying at this hotel is one of the things we look forward to. I must say we were a little disappointed with the Breakfast but that's our opinion. Our room was pretty clean and comfortable and smelled good. One of the things we observed was the way they cleaned the space after breakfast. Is pretty good. Staff: Paul was amazing, which is why service is a 4. The manager who was there Kristen was not friendly and even engaging. My sister was standing right in front of her waiting to ask a question at the front desk and she was the only one who was there. Ms. Kristen did not pick up her head from her computer she pretty much Ignore my sister. That type of experience was Disappointing and disgusting because it happened most of our stay when she was at the desk. However, we observed the other guests who did not look like us were engaged when not needed which caused us to feel disguised and disappointed. Thank you PAUL making us feel welcome.

Super convenient to the airport & train station. It was the perfect location to stay during our girls trip. We were able to wake up early and take the commuter rail into Boston for the day. Paul was super informative & helpful in navigating us through the train schedule. He also gave great recommendations! Our motto during the trip was, "Paul knows best" lol. The rooms were nice and spacious. Large walk in shower. Very clean. Would have liked a microwave in the room, but at least there's one for guest use in the lobby dining area. The daily free breakfast buffet was solid. Eggs, potatoes & different types of breakfast meat each day. The fruit selection was good. There is a lobby bar which we didn't make use of, but it always appeared busy. I highly recommend anyone looking for an affordable & convenient location to book your stay with this hotel. Can't wait to visit again! Hopefully sooner rather than later.

I was there 3 nights. Everything was good, EXCEPT my 2° night, nobody was in my room doing cleaning and when I told the front desk supervisor, she said: you should get downstairs and tell us( but the paper that I received, I saw some rules ( after 2° night, someone will do a Light clean). I lost my hat from New Hampshire in the gym morning on Friday, when I asked the guy that was working in the front desk he said: we don't have cameras in the hotel, only one in the front desk. I said: how is possible, a big hotel doesn't have cameras for the security of customers.
